July 2022 - Teams of 4 Event
ROTAS entered into the teams of 4 event on the River Trent run by Rob Casterton against some very good opposition, Josh Derry had a fantastic match winning overall with 35lb consisting of 2 bream and a nice net of roach, skimmers and dace from Hoveringham.
Steve Holbrook had a cracking day finishing 2nd in his section with a nice net of small chub, roach and dace from Shelford.
Matt Cox and Dave Holmes drew at Caythorpe, Dave did very well to beat Alan Scothorne from the next peg to finish 4th in his section and Matt unfortunately losing a big bream at the net cost him a couple of extra points but did enough with six points to help the team to sound 3rd place overall.
June 2022 - Lamcote cup
More silverware for the mighty ROTAS as we managed to hold on to the Lamcote cup for another year, proving the club's skills lie not only in commercial venues but the team are also at home on natural venues like the River Trent.
